The database features complete brochure-like information for over 95% of the database primarily obtained through a combination of exhaustive research on the internet and brochures from the various competition sponsors.  Not only that, but most, if not all of the competitions listed in the database have a combination of a web site address, email address and full contact information with telephone numbers.  Many of the competitions having webster addresses also have accompanying applications that can be filled out online or downloaded...

Be advised that most of the information in the database (90%) is current and up-to-date, as well as most of the information provided is for the next upcoming competition.  You should also be aware that the other 10% of the information is from the last or second-to-last competition.    There are very few instances where a competition will specify the next time it is scheduled to occur, but provide information for the current or last competition.  However, in the previous case, StonaLink has requested up-to-date information, and will update that competition record with the current information as soon as the information arrives in our office.

Therefore, it is always to the users benefit to contact the sponsor(s) of selected competition(s) for the latest information, so as not to have conflicting information.
